• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
• Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment (cash refund upon collection).
